Terms and Conditions

1. Overseas Pakistanis and Armed Forces Personals will get 5% special discount on the sale price of house.
   
2. Corner and Main Boulevard charges will be 5% extra for each.
3. Life Time Services Charges will be Rs. 50 per sqft at the time of possession.
4. Booking amount is not refundable in case of non-confirmation within 30 days.
5. Members opting Payment Schedule I will get the possession of house after 12 months.
6. First balloting for possession of 100 houses for the Members opting Payment Schedule II & III will be held in July 2005 (Inshah-Allah). Thereafter balloting of 25 houses will be held on monthly basis.
7. Members initially opting Payment Schedule II & III , if desired to get the possession of the house within 12 months without balloting before scheduled time, can apply by depositing remaining amount except loan.

9. One Marla is equal to 225 sqft.
